# ScarX

> ScarX (scarx.tech) is a live stock and market research site. For 1,000+ US stocks and 300+ markets (forex, futures, crypto, world indices, bonds and ETFs) it shows what the documented rules of 14 legendary traders and investors say today, with entry, stop and target prices, the company's customers, suppliers, competitors and shareholders, and AI research where every fact links to its source. It is research and education, not financial advice. ScarX does not analyze uploaded chart screenshots; that was an earlier version of the product.

## What ScarX does

- **The ScarX verdict**: for each stock or market, ScarX backtests eight trading rules on 10 years of daily prices. It picks the rule that is signalling today and earned the most per trade before the last three years, and only backs it if it has not lost money in those last three years. The win rate shown comes from the last three years, which played no part in the pick. If nothing qualifies, ScarX says "Wait" or "No call" instead of guessing.
- **Trading rules (price based)**: Paul Tudor Jones (trend following), Jesse Livermore (breakout momentum), David Tepper (buy the panic), George Soros (boom and bust), John W. Henry (systematic trend), Jim Rogers (buy what's hated), Jim Simons (short-term reversion), Ray Dalio (systematic macro). Each is an interpretation of the person's publicly described method; none of them is affiliated with ScarX.
- **Investor checklists (fundamentals)**: Benjamin Graham (deep value), Warren Buffett (quality at a fair price), Charlie Munger (wonderful businesses), John Maynard Keynes (intrinsic value), John Neff (low P/E value), Bill Ackman (quality with a discount). They apply each investor's published rules to a company's latest reported financials and vote on it.
- **Screeners**: the Stocks and Markets pages list every live ScarX verdict and the setups about to trigger, with prices updating live.
- **Company connections**: customers, suppliers, competitors and biggest shareholders, taken from SEC filings and holder data, each with a short health read and a source link.
- **Deep research**: AI-written briefings (using the most advanced AI models available) built from filings, insider trades, results and news, with every fact cited.
- **EXANN+**: a paid tier that researches the companies you follow after every US market close and emails one cited report with a rating per company.

## Data sources

Prices from Yahoo Finance (may be delayed); financials, filings and insider trades from SEC EDGAR; index members from public lists. Backtests are before fees, and past results do not guarantee future ones.
